Operating on the same model as their adult counterparts, the Municipal Youth Council is an assembly for 5th and 4th students at the Orléans’ ensemble (private and public). It provides a legal framework for actions carried out and gives the voice to young people.

About Me

Hi, I’m Maxime Houwenaghel, a computer science student at EPITA. I'm a great sports enthusiast and a open-source contributor. I have been doing sports since I was a kid. Until last year, I have been rowing for three years. Today, I manage the bike pole of the school sports club. I am photographer and videographer in two associations at EPITA.
